Participatory Planning Workshop-2 with Community Members
On June 29–30, 2025, Korail community members joined a two-day ReWET participatory workshop to share their experiences and ideas for restoring Korail Lake. Despite diverse occupations—farming, fishing, waste work—they expressed a united commitment to care for the lake.
Through poster presentations, participants illustrated local solutions like floating gardens, composting, and community cleanups. They also began working on a community toolkit—a practical guide for sustainable agriculture and lake stewardship.
The event ended with a vision wall, capturing the community’s collective hopes: if the lake could speak, it would ask for care, respect, and action.
